Dr FNP Danielle De La Pena and her Nurse Assistant Tauewa are attentive and on top of it. I needed a test done STAT and it happened. They are a VA Care in Community team and they are tops in this veterans’s book.

Great staff! Very friendly and caring. From the front desk to the doctor’s office we felt welcomed. Thank you Liz for helping us get our first appointment, Guadalupe is an excellent Medical Assistant and Dr. Bryan Blumer is excellent!

2.5 not great but not good. It seems they're over booked basically. No one was rude at all but only the front desk didn't seem rushed and stressed for time. Unfortunately, I waited months for my appointment so I'm sure I'm just far more disappointed with being shoved into a 30 minute rushed time span. Immediately feeling like I shouldn't bother, I've gone this many years without healthcare, why not another 40? Lol seriously though it's probably a network issue, state issue, whatever cause they were all kind just not really able to listen or care due to time constraints.

They treat patients like an imposition. They don't listen or take concerns seriously. They messed up my referral and told me to save my gas that they would not be fixing it directly like it was my fault the Dr didn't write it up correctly. It's always back to back appointments like the,other person stated in their review they are more concerned with patient turnover than a single patients health being valued. We are just numbers to them. Better off to find a new Dr's office. If they are late no problem but if you are late they count it against you. They are late most of the time.

After avoiding Doctors for years after a major health scare I scheduled an appointment at Valley View Health Center and am very glad I did. I was seen by Kimberly Sales ARNP. She did a very thorough work-up on me. She got my prescriptions ordered and did a referral for a dermatologist due to a spot on my nose. I was totally pleased with my visit and amazed with Kimberly. I am just sad that she will be leaving the center soon.
